چکیده

Abstract In this work, we study the annihilation of fermionic dark matter, considering it as a neutral particle with non-vanishing magnetic ( M ) and electric D dipole moments. Effective cross section process χ ¯ → γ is computed starting from general form coupling }\gamma in framework an extension Standard Model. By taking into account matter pairs mono-energetic photons, found that for masses O (10 2 GeV, moment ∼10 −16 e cm required to satisfy current relic density inferences. Additionally, order pin down models viable describe physics at early Universe, also constrain our model according recent measurements temperature anisotropies cosmic microwave background radiation, report constraints moments range within model.

Indirect Signatures of Gravitino Dark Matter

Supersymmetric models provide very interesting scenarios to account for the dark matter of the Universe. In this talk we discuss scenarios with gravitino dark matter in R-parity breaking vacua, which not only reproduce very naturally the observed dark matter relic density, but also lead to a thermal history of the Universe consistent with the observed abundances of primordial elements and the o...

Impact of dark matter microhalos on signatures for direct and indirect detection

Detecting dark matter as it streams through detectors on Earth relies on knowledge of its phase space density on a scale comparable to the size of our Solar System. Numerical simulations predict that our galactic halo contains an enormous hierarchy of substructures, streams and caustics, the remnants of the merging hierarchy that began with tiny Earth-mass microhalos. If these bound or coherent...

Indirect Detection of Little Higgs Dark Matter

Little Higgs models with T parity contain an attractive dark matter candidate, the heavy photon. We compute the cross section of the heavy photon annihilation into Zphoton pairs, which turns out to be substantially higher than the previously computed cross section for the two photon final state. Unfortunately, even with this enhancement, the monochromatic photon flux from galactic heavy photon ...

The Indirect Detection of Halo Dark Matter

High energy particles are produced by the annihilation of dark matter particles in our galaxy. These are presently searched for using balloon-borne an-tiproton and positron detectors and large area, deep underground neutrino telescopes. Dark matter particles, trapped inside the sun, are an abundant source of such neutrinos. From both the cosmological and particle physics points of view the ligh...

Indirect detection of unstable heavy dark matter

Unstable relics with lifetime longer than the age of the Universe could be the dark matter today. Electrons, photons and neutrinos are a natural outcome of their decay and could be searched for in cosmic rays and in γ-ray and neutrino detectors. I compare the sensitivities of these three types of searches to the mass and lifetime of a generic unstable particle. I show that if the relics constit...
